VAG TECHNIK DOES NOT ACCEPT ANY FORM OF PAYMENT FROM WARRANTY COMPANIES.

Payment of the invoice is required direct from the customer before the vehicle leaves the site. Then to be claimed back by the customer from the warranty company.

We need full details of the warranty company and pre-authorisation from the warranty company to be sought by the customer prior to the vehicle being worked on. It is the customer's responsibility to be aware of the terms and conditions i.e. claim limit, hourly rate & items covered.

1 hour initial investigation will include, Road test, OBD scan with basic diagnosis check, establish test plans & to check if a SVM (software for vehicle management) is required for the vehicle and finally an assessment of the vehicle in general.

If a SVM is required £25+vat will be added to the overall invoice.

Please note if further investigation is required or initial diagnosis is inconclusive additional time maybe required.
